Cancellation & refund policy
Plans change — here's exactly what happens to your advance when they do.
If you cancel
Counted from your check-in date, on the advance paid:

If we cancel
If Riverland cancels your cruise — for weather, authority instructions or operational reasons — you choose: a full refund of everything paid, or a free reschedule to any available date.
Date changes
One free date change is allowed up to 15 days before check-in, subject to availability. Any difference in seasonal rate applies. Closer to the date, a change is treated as a cancellation and rebooking.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back the way you paid — bank transfer or UPI — within 7–10 working days of confirming the cancellation on WhatsApp.
Shared cruises and day cruises
The same slabs apply per bedroom (shared cruises) and per booking (day cruises).
How to cancel
Message us on WhatsApp (+91 70259 31999) from the number you booked with, with your booking date and name. We confirm the cancellation and the refund amount in writing.
